Captivite Consulting has partnered with ARCT-Ruhuka, a National Organization of professional Trauma Counselors formed in 1998, to carry out joint projects across Rwanda. ARCT-Ruhuka has built credibility over the years and led the development and application of innovative approaches and strengthened professional capacity in understanding, preventing, and treating psychosocial problems

1. Performance management services:

We partner with you to assess and diagnose improvement areas in the current performance management system, we provide performance management and KPI training that allows you to effectively manage the performance life cycle and we support you in implementing breakthrough performance management strategies and intevneitons that enhance organizational productivity.

We undertake studies of your current organizational culture to identify opportunities and gaps. We also support culture transformation teams in aligning or realigning their culture to the strategy.
